What Is Sculptra?

A poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) formulation by Galderma. Unlike fillers, which fill immediately by the amount injected, the injected PLLA stimulates the dermis to prompt the skin to produce its own collagen. Because change appears gradually over several weeks, results look subtle and natural, and treatment is usually divided into sessions several weeks apart.
